Hi, I’m Emily, owner of Golden Wave, and I’ve been where you are. You’re ready to step into independence, but you want something deeper than just your average rental space. For years, I dreamed of creating a salon where every stylist truly enjoys coming to work. A place that feels uplifting, peaceful, and full of possibility. That vision became Golden Wave Salon.

I’ve been running my own business since 2018. It hasn’t always been easy, but it’s been worth every step. Whether you’re going independent for the first time or coming from another rental situation, I’ll meet you where you are and help you grow.

Over the last five years, business education has completely changed the way I run my career, and I want to pass that forward. At Golden Wave, you’ll have access to ongoing mentorship and marketing with me. Whether it’s a quick question, a 1:1 session, or just someone to bounce ideas off of, I’m your girl!
